3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.

5. Refunds and the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

  • CGA Rights: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our digital products must be of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match the description provided. If a digital resource is faulty, corrupted, or inaccessible due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the law.

  • Change of Mind: Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, we generally do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
